Photo & Video Policy

By entering the Atlanta Card Show, every adult attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, recorded and live-streamed by Atlanta Card Show staff and our official media partners, and to that footage being used for show promotion, recap content and safety and security review.

Press and official media carry visible show credentials. Ask to see one before agreeing to be interviewed or recorded.

A parent or legal guardian who brings a child to the show gives that same consent on behalf of any child in their care who attends with them. If you do not want your child recorded by our staff, tell a staff member at the entrance and we will note it and work with you.

Hard rule for everyone else: Vendors, breakers, streamers and other attendees must not photograph, film, live-stream, post or otherwise use images or footage of anyone under 18 without prior written permission from that child's parent or legal guardian.

That covers photos, recorded video, live streams, break footage, social clips and any reuse of footage shot by someone else. "Prior written permission" means you have it in writing from the parent or legal guardian before you record or publish.

Vendors who record or publish footage of a minor without prior written parental permission will be asked to delete it and may have their table revoked without refund and be barred from future shows.

Every vendor agrees to this rule when they submit the vendor application. Every vendor applicant is screened before a table is confirmed. Screening helps keep attendees, their children and other vendors safe at the show.

If a minor walks into your frame during a live stream, cut away or blur them. If a parent asks you to stop or to delete footage, stop and delete it.

Anyone who appears in Atlanta Card Show media may ask us to remove it. Email us with a description of the photo or clip and where you saw it, and we will take it down from channels we control.

Use the request form on our privacy page and choose "Remove a photo or video of me or my child", or email info@atlantacardshow.com. Requests about a child are handled first.

We can only remove media from channels the show controls. For a vendor's or attendee's own channel we will pass the request on and enforce the rules above.

Tell any staff member wearing show credentials, or come to the entrance desk. Concerns involving a child are treated as urgent.
