Vendor Application

Setup is Thursday 12:00 PM–7:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Selling runs August 20–22, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center, Hall B.

The vendor application is a separate $99 one-time, non-refundable fee that covers vendor review and the required background check. You must apply and be approved before you can vend — tables are purchased separately after your application is accepted.

Government-issued photo ID

Driver's license, state ID or passport. JPG, PNG or PDF up to 10 MB. Stored privately and used only to verify your identity for the background check.

Safety & consent

Every vendor applicant is screened before a table is confirmed. Screening helps keep attendees, their children and other vendors safe at the show.

I authorize the Atlanta Card Show to run a background check on me and on the business named in this application as part of vendor review, and I confirm the information I have given is accurate.

I agree not to photograph, film, live-stream or publish any person under 18 at the Atlanta Card Show without prior written permission from their parent or legal guardian.

I understand the $99 vendor application fee is non-refundable, is charged whether or not my application is approved, and pays for the vendor review and background check authorized above.

Background-check results are used only to decide whether to approve a vendor table. They are not sold, shared with other vendors or used for marketing. Read the photo & video policy and privacy policy.
