Terms of Sale

What you are buying, how it is delivered, and how our all-sales-final, no-exchange, no-transfer terms and disputes work.

Effective August 23, 2026 · Version 2026-08-23

1. Who we are

These terms govern every purchase made on atlantacardshow.com from the Atlanta Card Show, held August 20–22, 2027 at Georgia World Congress Center, Hall B, Atlanta, Georgia 30313. Placing an order means you accept these terms. Questions before you buy: info@atlantacardshow.com. We respond to purchase and refund emails within 2 business days.

2. What you are buying

We sell four things: VIP badges (weekend entry with one hour of early access each morning), general admission passes (single-day or weekend entry), vendor tables (table space and vendor badges on the show floor), and sponsorships (branding and promotional placements).

Buying a pass or table grants you entry and floor space only. It is not a purchase of any card, collectible or other merchandise. All buying, selling and trading of cards and collectibles at the show happens directly between you and independent vendors — the Atlanta Card Show is not a party to those transactions, does not authenticate, grade, appraise or warrant any item sold on the floor, and does not handle payment, refunds or disputes arising from them. Bring your own judgment and settle disputes with the vendor.

Vendor applications are requests, not confirmed space. A table is only sold to you once we accept your application and you complete payment.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown in full — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, service fees or hidden charges. No sales tax is applied to admission, table or sponsorship fees.

Payment is processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full card details. Order totals are always recalculated on our server from our published catalog before payment is taken. If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you and refund in full rather than charge a different amount.

4. Delivery

Everything sold here is delivered digitally. Digital delivery by email — no physical shipping. Estimated delivery: Emailed within 1 hour of payment (badges are also re-sendable any time before the show). Shipping cost: None — nothing is shipped.

Badges are scanned from your phone or printed at will-call at the show entrance.

If your badge email has not arrived within a few hours, check spam and then email us — we will resend it.

5. Refunds, exchanges and transfers — all sales are final

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, transfers or partial refunds on any of our offerings — VIP passes, general admission tickets, vendor tables, the vendor application fee or sponsorships — for any reason, including no-shows, schedule conflicts, travel issues, weather or a change of mind.

All transactions at the Atlanta Card Show are final. Every purchase between a vendor and a customer on the show floor — cards, collectibles, supplies or services — is final with no refunds, returns, exchanges or transfers. The Atlanta Card Show does not process, override or guarantee refunds, exchanges or transfers for floor transactions. Inspect anything you buy and confirm the details with the vendor before you pay.

Purchases are non-transferable. VIP passes, general admission tickets, vendor tables and sponsorships may not be transferred, reassigned, resold or exchanged for another person, business, item, date or offering. The name on the order is the only party entitled to use it.

The only refund we issue is if the Atlanta Card Show is cancelled outright and never takes place: every buyer then receives a full refund of all amounts paid. If the show is postponed or rescheduled, your purchase automatically moves to the new dates, and no refund is issued for a postponement or reschedule.

Full detail is on the refund policy page.

6. Entry, conduct and admission rights

Badges are revocable licenses to enter. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, fraudulent or abusive conduct, counterfeit merchandise, or violation of venue rules. Show hours, floor plan, guests and vendor lineup may change; changes to those details are not grounds for a refund on their own.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

The show and this website are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes rights you have under applicable state consumer-protection law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Please contact us first at info@atlantacardshow.com — nearly every issue is resolved faster by email than by a card dispute.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to it, and the version you accept at checkout is recorded with your order.
