Photography, video and live streams at the show

By entering the Atlanta Card Show, every adult attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, recorded and live-streamed by Atlanta Card Show staff and our official media partners, and to that footage being used for show promotion, recap content and safety and security review.

A parent or legal guardian who brings a child to the show gives that same consent on behalf of any child in their care who attends with them. If you do not want your child recorded by our staff, tell a staff member at the entrance and we will note it and work with you.

Children under 18: Vendors, breakers, streamers and other attendees must not photograph, film, live-stream, post or otherwise use images or footage of anyone under 18 without prior written permission from that child's parent or legal guardian.

Vendors who record or publish footage of a minor without prior written parental permission will be asked to delete it and may have their table revoked without refund and be barred from future shows.

Press and official media carry visible show credentials. Ask to see one before agreeing to be interviewed or recorded.

Anyone who appears in Atlanta Card Show media may ask us to remove it. Email us with a description of the photo or clip and where you saw it, and we will take it down from channels we control. Use the request form below and choose "Remove a photo or video", or read the full photo and video policy.

Vendor background checks

Every vendor applicant is screened before a table is confirmed. Screening helps keep attendees, their children and other vendors safe at the show.

Background-check results are used only to decide whether to approve a vendor table. They are not sold, shared with other vendors or used for marketing.

If a check leads us to decline an application, we will tell the applicant by email and give them a chance to correct inaccurate information.

Vendors authorize the check on the vendor application. Attendees are never background checked.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Card numbers, CVCs and expiry dates are never entered on, transmitted through or stored by this website. We keep the order record, your email and Stripe's payment confirmation.

Who we share data with

  • Stripe

Payment processing for passes, vendor tables and sponsorships

Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout page and never touch this website.

  • Lovable Cloud

Website hosting and the database that stores orders, applications and consent records

Data is stored in the United States.

  • Background-check provider

    Vendor screening

Used only for vendor applicants who authorize a check. Attendee data is never sent.

Cookies and tracking choices

Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. Analytics, marketing and personalization cookies stay off until you turn them on — nothing non-essential loads before you choose, and rejecting is one click, same as accepting.

Email and unsubscribing

We only email newsletters to people who ticked the consent box on the signup form. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing adds you to a suppression list so we do not email you again. Order confirmations and badge delivery are transactional and are sent for purchases you made.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including Georgia residents, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws and the GDPR for visitors in the EU/UK — you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing and ad tracking. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We keep order records required for tax and accounting even after a deletion request, and remove the rest.

Make a privacy request

We confirm by email and respond within 30 days. We only ask for enough information to find your records.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially we update the version at the top of the page and ask for your cookie choices again.
